Madrona New Construction

This is a ground-up residential construction project in which our team has been involved from the earliest stages, including land acquisition, site development and planning, architectural design, engineering, and now we are at 70% of construction.

The project consists of a single-family residence designed to provide a fresh start for a family in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, located within close proximity to Lake Washington. Exterior material selections prioritize durability, longevity, and sustainability, reflecting both the environmental conditions of the region and the long-term performance goals of the home.

Construction is currently underway, with a target completion date of July 2026.
