Queen Anne - Home Renovation

Complete transformation of an antique jewel at the top of the Queen Anne hill in Seattle. This is a project that focused on the revival of architectural elements that had been lost through out the years in a Dutch Colonial home form the early 20th century. 

The main floor was re-designed to have better connections between entry, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a private suite to the right side of the house with a large bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The mudroom which serves as an entry from the backyard also works as a buffer zone to the main house. In the Second level we added a new bathroom for the growing family, created a primary suite for the parents and enlarged the two other rooms. The original fir floors were carefully kept and renovated while new tile was added to the mudroom and all bathrooms. 

We are proud to share that we used a high level of craftsmanship for all the construction of this project from the structural reinforcement to the existing foundation, framing of new spaces and windows replacement, to the finishes of cabinets, new boxed beams, crown molding, and wainscoting. 

The lighting design was carefully executed with light studies of each room. In addition to this, all the electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures and hardware were selected with our in-house interior design and the excellent taste of our clients. 

Capitol Hill - Full House Remodel

This is a beautiful Victorian Revival project in the heart of Capitol Hill, a historic neighborhood in the city of Seattle. We have been fortunate to have the full trust of our clients to let us lead the design and construction process to bring back the original style of the house. In this project we focused on an architectural design that opens up the circulation between the spaces that used to be separated, connecting better the entry with the living room, family room and kitchen. All new brass hardware, appliances, restored quater-sawn oak floors, custom cabinets and countertops, tile work with heated floors in all bathrooms and kitchen, and the unparalleled craftsmanship of our team make this Victorian Revival the new jewel of the neighborhood. 

Bellevue - Second Floor Addition and Full House Remodel

Capitol Hill - Main Floor Remodel

This is the finish product of our Capitol Hill - Main Floor Remodel. In this project, we reconfigured the main floor to add a Den and Mudroom, relocate the Kitchen and remodel the Powder room. We also refinished all the hardwood floors throughout, and removed old pain of the stairs original wainscoting to apply a dark stain that contrasts beautifully with the new wallpaper we installed.

Queen Anne - Seattle - Front House Addition

LANDSCAPE IN PROGRESS. For this project in Queen Anne we had the great opportunity developing the Architectural design, Structural engineering, permitting process and execute the construction from beginning to end. In the design process we worked to add a new bedroom and enlarge the bathroom in the second floor, and to create bigger common spaces in the main floor such as main entry, kitchen pantry and living room. One of the biggest challenges was to design a facade that still felt like a beautiful two level craftsman home and for that de built the mid roof line with a custom hip roof that adds a lot of character to the house. 

Wallingford - Garage - Front Addition

This is a Garage and front mud-room/deck addition. We are really exited to collaborate in this project with designer Jenifer Seibert to create a wonderful garage space that will house electric vehicles and a deck on top. Our electrician has wired the garage for future electric vehicle charging station. The front entry was also extended to create a mudroom in the main floor. The craftsmanship in this project is out of this world since we are able to collaborate directly with the architectural designer to ensure to details are missed!

Downtown Seattle - Condominium Remodel 2.0

Custom design-build of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. Change of all electrical and plumbing fixtures. New hardwood flooring through out the entire condo and tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. Every single item was hand picked and meticulously installed to achieve the best quality and durability possible.
